Donna Kay updates:

Donna Kay’s Music video “Round Round Round” is being screened twice a day for the month of April 2008 at the Smithsonian Institutes Museum of American Indian in Washington D.C.

Donna is currently hidden away in northern Saskatchewan writing the songs and music for her next project which is scheduled to begin recording in Calgary May 2008.

Also the production for her newest music video is due to start; the video will be for the song “I AM” cut # 5 from the Album “THE JOURNEY”.

Introducing singer, songwriter and percussionist, Donna Kay.
Born and raised in Ministikwan Lake, Saskatchewan and currently residing in Okotoks, Alberta, Donna's musical style is a blend of traditional native and contemporary. She received the Canadian Aboriginal Music Award for Best Music Video in 2007.

Donna's latest release, The Journey, blends a wonderfully eclectic mix of aboriginal tradition, blues and rock, to form a unique, provocative cultural statement. Elements of myth, dance and drum combine with an honest, modern, pop fueled introspection that engages audiences in a unique multidimensional listening experience.

Journey is more that a discovery; it is
an assembly, a gathering...of spirit.
